QuickDraw is an independent service, hosted on a private server (VPS) provided by IONOS, located in the European Union. For any questions regarding your personal data, please contact us at: pokemon.quickdraw@gmail.com.

2. Data Collected

• Email address — used to identify your account.
• Username — displayed on your profile.
• Avatar — profile picture imported from Discord or Google depending on your chosen login method.
• Login token — temporary access token provided by Discord or Google, used solely to authenticate your session. It is never resold or shared.

3. Purposes of Processing

• Creating and managing your user account.
• Allowing you to log in via Discord or Google (OAuth2).
• Displaying your avatar and username in the interface.
• Ensuring the security and proper functioning of the service.

4. Legal Basis

The processing of your data is based on your explicit consent, given when creating your account and connecting via a third-party service (Discord or Google). You may withdraw this consent at any time by deleting your account.

5. Data Retention

Your data is retained for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, all your personal data is erased within 30 days.

6. Data Sharing

Your data is never sold, rented, or shared with third parties for commercial purposes. No third-party analytics or advertising services are used on QuickDraw. The only access to data is that required for the technical operation of the service (IONOS hosting).

7. Minors

QuickDraw is accessible to users of all ages, including minors. We do not collect any additional data regarding minors and make no distinction in processing based on age. If you are a parent or guardian and wish to delete a minor's account, please contact us at pokemon.quickdraw@gmail.com.
